As a builder and general repurposer of things, yeah. These things would seem fitting for a few different applications. Granted, I'd want moar info on technical specs before deciding best uses, but if they were built to withstand hurricanes that sure seems like a plus.
For the record, I always thought that the GIANT wind turbine thing seemed stupid AF, and was probably done on purpose to hyper-inflate the cost to make this option a less feasible solution.
