Armenia is the OLDEST Christian country in the world - over 1700 years ago Christianity was adopted as the state religion.

Could it be it is symbolic of the fight against evil as well as being a "back door" for diplomacy with Russia?? After all, it's not like Armenia gets the world's media attention.

I forgot to mention, it is also where Noah's Ark supposedly landed on Mt. Ararat (present day Turkey). That is symbolic of man starting all over again after the Flood.
