I'm not to run away from my problems or fuck all with responsibility but is there any talk lately of POTUS abolishing the IRS?

There's no way I can pay the bill they say I owe. It's totally insane. All I can do is here's a 100$ per month. Can you imagine people who've lost their house and the IRS just catching up now?
