Because I plan on only voting in person on election day.
Just want to be sure that if my vote was somehow stolen I have the right to override whatever is on their list as my vote.

put my choice into one machine, that spits out a paper with pixelated squares and no words that I am supposed to put into another machine.
I asked "how do I know this is actually my choice? thewre are no words, it's all computer lingo that could be saying anything."
