I disagree. At a certain point all capacities are used up, thus could result in excess supply while demand is lacking. This would result in loss for many companies, prices will increase until you're paying a lot for a fucking butter.

 

Increase interest rates to stifle economy, when recession phase is reached increase government demand and transfer payments (if such exist). The latter is less useful cuz' a specific amount is always saved, while government demand is 100% returning to economy. Then of course, decrease interest rates to boost credit demand.
