No. Other people have their own non-(((Western))) ideas & meanings for their symbols. Their dragon symbol is much older than ours. So yes, it's more like the cabal twisted THEIR symbol & meaning to it's opposite than the reverse. They have done that to OUR positive symbols too. And the NDSAP's use of the swastika wasn't negative (contrary to (((certain people's))) propaganda).
