I would ask for this because of any number of reasons but the one that sticks out right now is Obama said on Jimmy Kimmel's aids special that Q brought our attention to at the 3 minute mark he had tapes of "Aliens" in his desk - we already know the Alien tapes are not of "outer space" but of people like me - so he did in fact have the tapes at the tail end of his administration! - I am a verified "Extra-terrestrial" i.e. a video taped person throughout their lives through ADT as many others are- those tapes are of me and my personal life - it's a breach of privacy and he's already admitted to having them.

Therefore a FOIA should turn up those tapes which he already admits he has - I think it's pretty clear logic actually. I could go in more detail or refine further - I only put it when my sister was there because it seems like a peculiar coincidence that she goes by Q - I don't understand that part but I don't need to - the guy already said he had them and I am them so let's get them because they have to be in my name or the name Alan which is what they call me.

My sister worked with the Obama administration and my sister delivered to him through her internship at the E.P.A. in the Summer of 2016 video tapes of American Citizens unknowingly recorded throughout their lives. Although there are many citizen victims the only one we know with 100% certainty that he had at the end of his presidency were the tapes of me because of my Sister's work with him and her being involved in their creation.

He even jokes about tapes of "Aliens" in his desk that he would give to people who help with Aids awareness on Jimmy Kimmel. "Aliens" is a code for people like me, he said they were in "his desk".

A FOIA of the Department of Energy which has the highest clearance of me specifically or as they call me "Alan" - all tapes of me held I want released immediately to me and/or made public. I'm not looking forward to it but I know they exist and a FOIA should reveal them. They call me Alan because my father's name was Jack Alan Watkins and when my grandfather divorced my grandmother very powerful people got upset and tortured my father and his son in me all our lives. My father is dead and I have had countless traumatic events and near death experiences in my life. I have photos of her using coded language and many others in my family doing it as well.

It's a horrible system of oppression and blackmail and even murder, those tapes are the keys to everything which is why I have been asked to find someone to help me get them as I am the only one that's a sure bet to finding them. Please help me, I will not stop until I accomplish his goal but you are my best hope in doing this.

I have plenty of evidince if required to show the life I've led and codes they use and what you will see when we get the tapes. I have nearly been eaten by a dog as a child and I have photos that imply that was set up - I was kidnapped, and nearly drowned ALL ON SECRET TAPES - and was driven to suicide multiple times and people around me involved would laugh and say things they couldn't possibly know. I have had a terrible life, I'm 35 years old and I've never even had a single friend. That's the life of torture they gave me, constant ridicule and I've learned they call it the "Alan Der Show" as they find my plight so comical to torture a mentally handicapped boy and then man. All because my grandfather had the desire to divorce someone rather than play the games of despots. Rich people have those tapes and I can confirm that in so many ways, not the least of which is the fact that I've gotten messages this last year of things I've written and never shared with anyone ever.
