This is a partial investment disclosure form. (not an actual statement). The interesting thing is what is missing. S&P 500 index funds, Wilshire 5000 index funds & US Treasury Bonds would typically be "core" holdings. The fact that they are non existent tells me that there was definitely a conscious effort to avoid US based investments. Could be a common theme. Betting against the US.

Sounds like a currency pump and dump. Short term, they could be pumping up the $ to take out there investments that are $ based.
