The Russian term happens to be the name of a political party in Ukraine. Zelensky ran under his own party Servant of the People (named after his TV comedy series about an honest politician). After the election, he formed a coalition with 3 other parties

Fatherland, Voice, Strength and Honor.

So is it really a military slogan, or does it reflect more? Honos is Latin for Honor and also the root of the word Honesty.

Robber barons, Bandits, and Mafia gangs operate on strength only. They have no honor because they have no honesty. The members of these groups habitually lie and decieve.

To establish the Rule of Law, it is necessary to have Honor, a higher purpose that comes from within the soul.
