This video was "released" by an "investigator" that was working closely with Kappys family, and closest friends.
claimed to be sauced from Coconino County Sherrifs department.
This dashcam footage was an attempt to close out the loose ends and convince people that the event actually went down as the narrative describes.
It did anything but that.

anon played with the darkness, and its interesting to see how the "body" remains visible even after all other discernable features are blacked out from brightness reduction
