Maybe you're already using it but just wanted to let those who are digging or just nosy, or looking to buy, GIS maps are really helpful for finding out property information. Through the town or county website, the GIS can be searched by map, street, street number or owner and shows all the details of any property, structures, assessment value, zoning, prior owners etc.
