Could they make clones from the DNA they collect?
Seems like he cabal is pretty hard on its livestock. Between sacrificing the firstborns, eating and fucking babies, etc., I doubt the breeding program is that great. The need the clones to keep up the death supply without to many missing persons or mass extinction events.
