Anthony Paul Harrington is a convicted felon with a long criminal history, convicted of armed robbery. He is the suspected fake Antifa firefighter who posed with the chainsaw. He also has the black Toyota pickup truck. His Instagram places him at the location of the Estacada fires 2 days or so following this zoom call claiming he is going to WinCo to "buy and deliver snacks" to firefighters. His Instagram has nothing about him being a firefighter on it. He then buys gas cannisters at home depot and fills them with 10 gallons of gas. The truck is then seen afterwards attending a BLM protest.
He has been arrested at protests in Washington DC. Andy Ngo knows who he is and has posted on twitter about him.
