Not sure if this was pointed out or not, but through the smokey haze I see that license plate is an Oregon Trail Blazers vanity plate.
Just catching up after evac level lowered.
These same types like to spoke tires on log trucks or just regular 4wd vehicles.
They spiked mine when I lived across the road from one of their compounds, and I worked in software.
They spike trees to endanger loggers.
