During Carter Page's last year at Annapolis, he was a Trident Scholar (Distinguished Graduate) and recruited by then Congressman Les Aspin to work as a researcher for the House Armed Services Committee. Les Aspin was a Rhodes Scholar (C_A trainee) and future Secretary of Defense of President Bill Clinton. Les Aspin met his future wife Maureenn Shea in Saigon during the Vietnam War. Maureen Shea was working as a civilian for the RAND Corporation (C_A front) interrogating Viet Cong defectors.

Les Aspin and Maureen Shea were Clown operatives in the 1960s. Les Aspin recruited Carter Page in 1993 as a Clown asset.

Carter Page was then sheep-dipped and went to work for Office of Naval Intelligence for the next 5 years. In 2001, Carter Page went to work as an Intelligence Fellow for Council on Foreign Relations (Deep State /C_A).

Thereafter, Carter Page tooled around the banking and energy sectors for a few years until he went back to work for the Council on Foreign relations from 2007 to 2009.

Page was an FBI CHS and his FBI handler was the FBI’s Counterespionage Chief Peter Strzok in Washington DC. Cater Page helped the FBI convict Russian spy Evgeny Buryakov in 2016.

Carter Page has been a Clown asset since 1993.
