Shoulders are rotated a bit but shoulder width appears narrow anyhow. Noticed how wimpy that person looks yesterday. Real wildland firefighters usually feature quite a bit of physical strength and endurance.
Had a friend who did that kind of work. Very big, tall, strong, athlete type body.
