You know what the sad irony is?

I mean, besides the blatantly obvious stupidity of burning forests to "raise awareness" about "climate change". Which used to be "global warming", until enough people found out that the Earth has been actually getting cooler over the last decade

They want us to believe that carbon dioxide is bad for the environment because it causes global warming.

Not even going to point out the inaccuracies in that statement, because there are many. Which is why I led with "They want us to believe…"

So, they start fires, burning trees in forests, which would otherwise breathe that mean ol' CO2. Only it doesn't end there…

When wood burns, guess what gets released?

Yup! Moar CO2!

Don't worry. The CO2 is not nearly as bad as Orange Man. So long as the left doesn't burn down the entire Country, we shouldn't have too much to worry about

So. What have we learned today?

Correct! The left is retarded AF

My fav was, "I don't think science knows, actually"

>What did he mean

Um. Pretty simple. The smoke created by the fires will have a cooling effect, overall. The smoke rises, but only so far. Then it forms a layer in our atmosphere, which will reflect sunlight. Not to mention the part where the coverage doesn't just stay in one place. The jet stream distributes this coverage to a much larger area. Yes, this type of shit does have an effect on the climate, just not necessarily as straight forward as 'fire=hot, so bunch of fires=global warming'. Small fires don't really do shit, but if you burn entire states worth of forests, and the wind carries it across the entire nation and beyond it does have an impact. Although, it's still from from the "end-of-the-world" scenario they want us to believe "climate change" is
