Q I have had a theory that for the last decade at least- or since the time @POTUS put out the "feelers" about running back in the late 80's I believe. But since then, there have been white hats working in the background getting Presidents creating certain laws that would assist when the "time was right" for DJT to finally run. In essence; that he can use to facilitate their downfall. I don't have a specific example, it is more a feeling that I can't shake.
