3) Shills are trying to impugn the integrity of the board and scare newfags away.
4) Shills are also attacking specific individual anons with more individualized attacks than normal. I.e. they are putting more resources into the attack.
5) It is reasonable to infer that whoever runs the shills is very, very worried right now.
