OK, here's my issue.
Assange could most definitely be black hat turned to save his ass, or a white hat that got caught in the middle of a shit storm. I've been on both sides of the fence, and currently slap-dab in the middle.
If anything on CDAN is true, there's a much deeper rabbit hole, here, and the phrase "some deals had to be made" will make a lot more sense to me.
If Guccifer 2.0 is "fake news" then it might be Snowden. 4am talking points, and all that.

To follow up on your comment, I, too found it weird that Seth ends up getting killed after giving the goods to WL. The reason I say this is I don't believe for a second that the DNC or Crowdstrike actually had the talent to pin it down to Seth.
