THIS IS HIGHLY SUSPECT AND I NEED OPINIONS.
Ive been in the storm since the first post and have had a small number of Q replies. Fine.
I also have a specific professional skillset relevant to some of the topics we discussed, and have been working quietly at a smaller place, although my resume is very good for this skillset area.
Today I received contact from a recruiter looking for a VERY important looking role at a place we have discussed. Very out of the blue and frankly unlikely given the job, the company, and my current location (not near this company).
I have a feeling this qualifies as a "personalized scary but safe message." There's simply no way I'd be an immediate candidate for this unless other "things" were in play - like Patriots needed at this location.
I might be paranoid.
Thoughts?
