I wonder if that small neutralizing antibody (10x smaller than "normal" antibody) is better than HCQ (a cheap, non-patentable drug)?

I would agree that the scientist was possibly killed due to his research. I don't know if he was killed to "ensure worldwide panic set in" though that is a possibility. The "elites" seem able to generate a lot of panic via their control of media as HCQ (a known cure and preventative) has been marginalized for months despite countries using it experiencing no significant outbreaks. Perhaps rivals for a patent or people trying to develop a vaccine would be suspects.

I don't know anything about the patenting process for a neutralizing antibody but I'd hazard a guess that it would be extremely lucrative. Derailing billions in vaccine research wouldn't be popular with Big Pharma, either, I wouldn't think.

HCQ is still better, imo. No need for any injection. Inhalation sounds better, but I'm personally getting more and more leery of any new pharma "creations".
