The Great Australia Party started back in 2017 as the Power to People Party which was the initial brainchild of Darryl O’Bryan and Mike Palmer from the Know Your rights Group, with a view to bring about a better understanding of the Commonwealth Constitution to both the Parliament and the people of Australia.

Senator Rod Culleton expressed an interest in the forming of the party and he wanted to incorporate a name and slogan that he had formulated being the Great Australian Party. We all agreed to the transition and went about utilising good people from all over Australia to bring the dream to a reality.

We asked Ian Nelson from One Nation status to help register the party and help us install the requirements laid out by the Australian Electoral Commission. By November 2018 we had made our formal submission to the Australian Electoral Commission. In April 2019 we managed to jump through all of the bureaucratic hoops to a registered Political party in the Commonwealth of Australia and its States.

Taxation reform consistent with the Commonwealth Constitution.

A) As inherited, all taxes are voluntary for all subjects of the Commonwealth – all public infrastructure to be funded by the National Estate (All commodities and natural resources within the Commonwealth of Australia).

B) We will show that the entire country can be successfully funded through the correct taxation of corporations without the need for people to pay personal income tax.

C) The source of this funding shall be through consolidated revenue according to the Commonwealth Constitution.

Bank reform back to the provisions in the Commonwealth Constitution.

A) Revert the current Reserve Bank of Australia back the old public Commonwealth bank, so as to eliminate the fraud currently committed by the private banks.

B) Re-establish the safety net that was the public Commonwealth Bank, ensuring that people’s savings are sured up by the Commonwealth Bank.

Local Government reform.

A) Eliminate local councils’ ability to operate as defacto third tiers of government and re-naming them accordingly – ie. removing the word “government”.

Focus law enforcement on eliminating true crimes

ie. any that create an actual victim – and stop punishing innocent subjects for fake crimes against The State where no victim exists – eg. traffic fines, and prohibition against consumables (eg. marijuana.)

A) Eliminate any uncorroborated evidence being admitted to court.

B) We will promote election of all judicial officers as opposed to them being promoted by The State and thus, creating a conflict of interest.

C) We will enforce the use of Grand Juries as the mainstay of any indictable offence.

Adhere to Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights

ie. no forced medication (vaccinations, fluoride, forced mental health care).

Eliminate the Family Court

The Great Australian Party advocates to set up mediation counselling as a replacement.

Constitutional Education

Encourage education of all the people, of the Commonwealth of Australia, alerting them to the importance of the Commonwealth Constitution and validly approved laws.

A) Install a law that anyone who stands at any election must pass a test on their specific knowledge of the Commonwealth Constitution.

Merkel ‘ashamed’ of persistent anti-Semitism in Germany, as she attends anniversary of country’s largest Jewish group

On the anniversary of the founding of Germany’s main Jewish group, Chancellor Angela Merkel slammed the increasingly “visible and uninhibited” racism and anti-Semitism in the country.

On Tuesday, Merkel attended celebrations for the 70th birthday of the Central Council of Jews. The organization was originally formed in 1950 to represent Jews who survived the Nazi regime but also to help mend the ties between Israel and Germany.

Speaking at the event, Merkel expressed her happiness at seeing the community “flourishing,” but also used the platform to condemn the persistent anti-Semitism in Germany. She called it “a disgrace” and said, “It shames me deeply how racism and anti-Semitism are expressed in our country in these times.”

In 2019, attacks on Jewish people or Jewish institutions in Germany rose by 13 percent, according to Human Rights Watch. In referencing this trend, Merkel added, “Racism and anti-Semitism never disappeared – and, for some time now, they have become more visible and uninhibited.”

The Central Council of Jews’ leader, Dr. Josef Schuster, also expressed his concern, noting, “On the whole, love for us Jews could be greater – or at least respect.” Nonetheless, he said he was grateful that “the majority of the population stands behind us, as do established [political] parties.”

Less than a year ago, Germany witnessed one of its most shocking anti-Semitic attacks in recent times, when a right-wing extremist attempted to commit mass homicide at a synagogue in Halle. The country still faces a number of challenges when it comes to anti-Semitism, and Schuster contends that the coronavirus pandemic has acted as a “catalyst” for anti-Semitic conspiracy theories.

"That's Very Insulting To Me" - Trump Confronted Xi On Trade, Subsidies After Beijing Rejected US Aid

President Trump made an interesting admission Tuesday morning when he said that Bob Woodward's book was "fine". Around the same time, the South China Morning Post published yet another excerpt from Woodward's book, Rage, purporting to detail two "historic" phone calls between Trump and President Xi.

During the calls, President Trump reportedly offered to help President Xi "100%" with whatever aid China required. But President Xi side-stepped the request, saying he was "personally overseeing" China's response (in fact, Xi appointed his No. 2 man, Premier Li Keqiang, to oversee the situation in January), and asked Trump to simply support a WHO mission to China, which the US did, before later cutting funding to the arm of the UN.

The information backs up Trump's claims, made in tweets and press conferences, that the US offered unequivocal assistance to China, which had been rebuffed despite the obvious need in Wuhan, a city whose citizens endured more than 70 days of lockdown.

Xi thanked Trump but sidestepped the request. He said he was “personally overseeing” the country’s efforts to combat of the virus and suggested the US take part in a mission by the World Health Organisation to China.

Trump said help from the US would arrive if Xi asked for it.

During the following weeks, the relationship between the two leaders deteriorated rapidly, as China dispatched its "wolf warrior" diplomats to help spread underhanded lies about the virus originating in the US.

In the weeks after that call, Beijing and Washington went on to exchange barbs on the origin and handling of the virus. Zhao Lijian, a spokesman for China’s foreign ministry who is known for his combative Wolf Warrior style of diplomacy, hinted that the virus had been brought to China by the US military.

In the second presidential phone conversation on March 27, Trump said Zhao’s comment was “ridiculous” while Xi said US officials should refrain from using racist anti-China comments borrowed from Trump.

According to Rage, Xi advised Trump that lockdowns, quarantine and social distancing were effective in containing the virus, and early testing, early quarantine and early treatment were helpful.

Chinese state news agency Xinhua took a less confrontational position than reported by Woodward about the first Xi-Trump phone conversation. It said China hoped the US would calmly assess the pandemic.

The calls took place on Feb. 6 and March 27. By the second call, the biltaral relationship had already deteriorated, and Trump reportedly confronted President Xi over "Made in China 2025" and other trade related issues. He later told Woodward he was "breaking China's a**" on trade.

Trump had previously confronted Xi about Made in China 2025, a strategy for Beijing to foster home-grown prowess in crucial industrial and hi-tech sectors, Woodward wrote in Rage.

“That’s very insulting to me,” Trump told Xi, according to the book. Trump also said to Woodward that he was “breaking China’s ass on trade”.

Stanford profs try to cancel Trump Coronavirus adviser…& White House strikes back

Stanford Medical School professors wrote a letter criticizing White House Coronavirus Task Force advisor Scott Atlas for “misrepresentations of science.”

Atlas favors protecting vulnerable populations while reopening the country as quickly as possible.

A group of roughly 100 Stanford University School of Medicine professors published an open letter in opposition to Dr. Scott Atlas — a White House Coronavirus Task Force advisor — because of how he says the U.S. should reopen amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

“We stand united in efforts to develop and promote science-based solutions that advance human health and prevent suffering from the coronavirus pandemic,” say the professors. They believe that they have an obligation to counter “the falsehoods and misrepresentations of science” by Atlas, whho formerly worked for Stanford Medical School and is now a senior fellow at Stanford’s Hoover Institute.

"Dr. Atlas has provided President Trump with the latest scientific information and fact-based advice on how to safely reopen schools and get America’s economy back on track. He will continue to do that…"

Atlas is in favor of pursuing a strategy in which elderly and vulnerable populations are protected as the virus progresses through younger demographics. He emphasizes the economic consequences of lockdowns and calls for the reopening of schools with proper safety measures in place.

He has critiqued the mainstream media for pushing narratives that conflict with scientific data with respect to the coronavirus.

"There’s an overwhelming body of science here and if we had a half-hour I would articulate a little bit more," Atlas told Fox News in August. "But basically, it’s frustrating to hear media talk about, 'according to the data,' and then they act and say things that are completely contrary to the data."

Atlas’s former Stanford colleagues argued that "the safest path to herd immunity is through deployment of rigorously evaluated, effective vaccines that have been approved by regulatory agencies."

"We Need China To Move": Senator Proposes Stripping China's Most-Favored-Nation Status

Chinese data for August show it is moving again. Industrial production was up 5.6% y/y, above the 5.1% consensus; retail sales were up 0.5% y/y vs. flat consensus (though still -8.6% year-to-date); fixed-asset investment was -0.3% y/y vs. -0.4%; property investment 4.6% y/y vs. 4.1%; and, for those who are going to bother following the series, the jobless rate was unchanged at 5.6%.

So spending is up, marginally, but still well behind where it would have been in a normal year. Guess what? The same is true in Western countries: UK and US retail sales are both stronger than China’s measured in some ways; that’s what happens when you pump most of your stimulus into handouts to households. Chinese production is up much, much more, however. Which isn’t really a surprise when exports are running strongly due to global demand for the work-from-home stuff China provides, and as the equivalent of USD500bn in new credit was pumped in during August alone, and as the usual mega SOE infrastructure schemes are rolled out.

Of course, CNY loved this and has broken 6.80. Can it move much further than this? Well, until now the currency which is not a free float! has been tracking the overall movement of the USD. If that keeps declining, then perhaps. There seems to be far less of a case to suggest China is suddenly happy with a strong currency ‘because it is going to be looking inwards’. How much deflation does a deflation-prone economy need? Ask the giant property developer who cut prices 30% for a month from 6 September.

Indeed, consider even as net exports mean major USD inflows in recent months, and as net bond portfolio inflows are up too due to the inclusion of Chinese sovereign debt in foreign bond indices I continue to try to write the scenario where China is in any way restrained in its fiscal actions by what foreign bond holders think large net capital outflows continue. How else to explain that with all this cash coming in, FX reserves are still USD3.1 trillion (the magic level from which they cannot move)? Local money is moving out even as China is ostensibly ‘moving’.

Meanwhile, it’s not as if one cannot see bumps in the road. The EU-China virtual investment summit, for one. Germany’s Angela Merkel, true to neoliberal form on trade, suggested human rights issues are not the kind of thing to stop Germany from wanting to sell more German stuff. (Is anything?) However, China told the EU that human rights were its internal affair, a European problem too, and that it would take no lectures. The EU meanwhile insist China has to open up its markets and scaling back the role of its SOEs – just as China talks about a shift to internal circulation and as the same SOEs drive the recovery Europeans are salivating over. “China has to convince us that it is worth having an investment agreement,” said the EU’s von der Leyen. “We need China to move.” Will it? Or will the EU blink in the one area in which it sees itself as having global power? What does that say about its strategic options if it does – or if it doesn’t?

Putin Withdraws Russian Troops From Belarus Border After Uneventful Lukashenko Meeting

We noted that during Monday's much anticipated meeting between embattled Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and Putin in Sochi, the Russian leader appeared unmoved by Lukashenko's urging that the two countries prepare their armies to "resist" the external threat of NATO forces.

Though Putin announced a $1.5 billion loan to Belarus, he made it clear that the smaller Russian neighbor which was formerly part of the Soviet Union would have to solve its own problems internally and in a “calm manner”.

Underscoring that Kremlin focus appears to be moving away from any level of direct intervention, it has ordered national guard troops and police away from the border.

Russian media showed live images of truckloads of the border security units returning to their regular bases on Tuesday morning.

“An important result of the two presidents’ talks in Sochi became an agreement that Russia removes the reserve of law enforcement bodies and the national guard, which was deployed near the Russia-Belarus border, and withdraws people to their permanent bases,” Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said according to TASS.

As for the loan it likely serves to given Lukashenko more negotiating leverage in terms of gaining support from other powerful Belarusian officials and civic leaders at a moment mass demonstrations continue to swell in the capital of Minsk.

The Guardian reported on Monday's somewhat awkward press conference that Lukashenko urged, “A friend is in trouble, and I say that sincerely.”

But the report noted that "Putin at times seemed visibly bored, tapping his hands and feet as Lukashenko embarked on a long monologue.

Kanye ‘the new Moses’ melts Twitter after calling music industry & NBA ‘modern day slave ships,’ threatening possible lawsuit

Artist and presidential hopeful Kanye West has called himself the “new Moses” and blasted the music industry a “modern day slave ship.” The rapper says he will release no new material until he’s freed from his current contracts.

“I need to see everybody’s contracts at Universal and Sony…I’m not gonna watch my people be enslaved,” the ‘Gold Digger’ singer said in one of a series of Monday night tweets. “I’m putting my life on the line for my people.”

Universal Media Group is West’s record label, while Sony is his publisher. West has been promising the release of a new album ‘Donda’ for most of the year, but has yet to make it available.

“The music industry and the NBA are modern day slave ships,” said West. “I’m the new Moses.”

The rapper showed another screenshot revealing he is talking to the media company Vivendi, after asking them to reach out, possibly to start a new deal. He also compared himself to famous engineer Nikola Tesla.

“If Nikola Tesla had a Twitter the world would run off AC…Edison killed Tesla’s image to control the power LITERALLY…Tesla and I only mean well for the world,” West tweeted.

His presidential campaign was also briefly mentioned as he targeted Steve Stoute, an author and CEO who said he doesn’t want “black people voting for Kanye West” in November.

“Steve Stoute is a good man…this is my brother…I’m disappointed with a lot of his recent decisions but Steve is my brother…I understand bro, and I’m here for life,” West wrote in one of several tweets he ended up deleting.

US violated trade rules with 2018 China tariffs, WTO rules – but good luck enforcing it

The Trump administration's 2018 tariffs on Chinese goods violated an international trade treaty, the World Trade Organization has ruled, finding in China's favor. But its decision might be difficult to enforce.

The US violated the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) treaty when it imposed 25 percent tariffs on $234 billion in Chinese goods in 2018, the WTO declared in its ruling on Tuesday, finding in favor of Beijing in the ongoing trade dispute between the two countries.

The three-person panel affirmed the tariffs, which Washington has broadened to cover $550 billion in Chinese exports, violated two GATT provisions and stated that the US has not justified their necessity under a third provision.

China had argued the US tariffs violated GATT's most-favored treatment provision because they did not apply equally to other WTO member countries. It also claimed the Trump administration had violated a dispute-resolution provision that requires countries to appeal to the WTO to settle disputes before slapping retaliatory tariffs on another country.

President Donald Trump justified the China tariffs by citing a 1974 law allowing the president to impose tariffs and other restrictions on imports in retaliation for unfair trade practices and other tactics that disadvantage the US commercially, insisting the levies were necessary to counter China's allegedly rampant violation of intellectual property rights, particularly in the technology sector. However, it did not attempt to resolve the "dispute" through the WTO before kicking off what has become a grueling two-year trade war.

China's Ministry of Commerce hailed the decision, expressing hope that the US would "respect the rulings of the WTO" and "take practical actions" to bring its policies into line with the ruling.

However, the international trade body might have a tough time enforcing it. The US can appeal the decision at any time within 60 days, an act which would essentially veto it, since Washington has hamstrung the WTO's appellate department by refusing to appoint a representative to it.

Aaron Klein: Trump, Netanyahu Driving Mideast Peace Train

“The Mideast peace train has left the station. It is being driven by U.S. President Donald Trump, Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the leaders of the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain,” said Aaron Klein, strategic adviser to Netanyahu, on Thursday.

Klein made his confident prediction ahead of the signing of historic diplomatic accords between Israel and two Gulf Arab nations that herald a dramatic shift in Middle East power dynamics and leave Iran more isolated than ever.

In a White House ceremony underlining presidential statesmanship, Trump hosted more than 700 guests on the South Lawn to witness the sealing of the agreements between Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain.

Klein, who until taking up his position with Netanyahu served as Breitbart’s Jerusalem bureau chief and senior investigative reporter, told Breitbart News there is no doubt the day will “usher in a new era of regional harmony and cooperation.” He said:

Klein added Tuesday’s peace deals are the culmination of the Netanyahu Doctrine — “peace in exchange for peace and peace from a position of strength.”

Under Netanyahu’s leadership, Israel has become a powerhouse that Arab nations want to make peace with for their own interests. After years of Palestinian rejectionism, it no longer makes sense for Gulf nations to give the Palestinian leadership a veto on Mideast peace, Klein observed.

The Netanyahu adviser then reinforced the fact it was Netanyahu’s global leadership to isolate Iran that first “brought about this sea change in the Gulf States’ attitudes toward Israel.” He continued:

CNBC Host Jim Cramer called Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi “crazy Nancy” during a Tuesday interview with her.

During the interview, Cramer asked Pelosi about what deal could be made with Republicans on a stimulus package, after Senate Democrats blocked the GOP’s package Thursday. During the question, Cramer called the speaker “crazy Nancy”, a name given to her by President Donald Trump.

Cramer immediately corrects himself, saying he was sorry and that he was quoting Trump. He also went on to say he would never use such a term. To which Pelosi responded by telling Cramer that he just used the president’s term, while smiling.

“What deal can we have, Crazy Nancy? I’m sorry, that was the president, I have such reverence for the office I would never use that term,” Cramer said.

“But you just did. But you just did,” Pelosi responded.

The House is currently working on a coronavirus stimulus package they hope to have passed before the elections in November. However, Republicans would need to support the legislation.

There have been coronavirus stimulus talks for months, resulting in no action, as both parties have refused to come to an agreement.

When the House Un-American Activities Committee subpoenaed filmmakers to testify about communism in the industry, a few held their ground — and for a time, lost their livelihood.

It was the casting call no one in Hollywood wanted to receive. In October 1947, when the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) convened a hearing in Washington, D.C., to investigate subversive activities in the entertainment industry, 41 screenwriters, directors and producers were subpoenaed. Most witnesses were “friendly” — that is, willing to respond to the committee’s central question: “Are you now or have you ever been a member of the Communist Party?” And those who confessed to membership were offered the opportunity to name “fellow travelers,” thereby regaining their good standing with the committee and, by extension, the American film industry.

Ten witnesses — all current or former party members — banded together in protest, refusing to cooperate on First Amendment grounds (freedom of speech, right of assembly, freedom of association) and affirming that HUAC disagreed: It found the so-called Hollywood Ten in contempt of Congress, fined them each $1,000 and sentenced them to up to a year in federal prison. All 10 artists also were fired by a group of studio executives — and the era of the Hollywood blacklist began.

Chinese Tech Company Surveilled the Queen, Boris Johnson, and Top Military and Business Leaders: Report

High profile British politicians, members of the Royal Family, and British military have been surveilled by a Chinese tech company, in a global scheme to bolster Chinese Communist Party’s intelligence’s ability to embark upon the “great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”, a report has found.

At the behest of the Ministry of State Security, China’s equivalent to the CIA or Britain’s MI6, Shenzhen-based tech company Zhenhua Data harvested data on high profile members of the British establishment, as well as their family members and close friends.

The list of figures in the UK that were swept up in the Chinese dragnet includes Prime Minister Boris Johnson, the Chief of the Defence Staff, General Sir Nick Carter, and members of the Royal Family, including Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, and the Dukes of Cambridge and Sussex, Prince William and Kate Middleton.

According to documents seen by The Telegraph, Zhenhua Data amassed files on over 40,000 people in the UK. The data is now reportedly being stored in a secure server within the Chinese state.

The documents were reportedly stolen by an anti-China activist, who shared the key to the database with the Five Eyes security network of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

Members of some of the largest companies in the UK, including BP, Barclays, British Gas, AstraZeneca, Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, KPMG, British American Tobacco, and Tesco were also found on the database.

Academics working on Artificial Intelligence, software, and computer technology at the Universities of Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Durham, and Imperial College London were listed in the database as well.

The report follows a similar exposé on Zhenhua Data’s data collection on 50,000 American citizens, including members of the United States military. The report estimated that some 2 million people worldwide were caught up in the Chinese surveillance scheme.

The data collected includes the names, date of birth, social media posts, criminal records, professional histories and other information gleaned from the internet on the British figures as well as on those connected to the high-profile individuals.

Another section within the database includes hundreds of thousands of posts on social media that have key-words referencing the military and British politics, in order to craft a complex understanding of the political and security landscape in the United Kingdom.

Zhenhua Data’s website, which has since been deleted said that it provided “services for military, security and foreign propaganda” as well as “human-oriented threat intelligence services” for intelligence agencies under the umbrella of the Chinese Communist Party.

A British intelligence source told the paper: “It represents a global mass surveillance system on an unprecedented scale. It also differs from the intelligence-gathering practices of Western nations in that it deliberately collects on people whom we would consider ‘civilians’ and not normally subject to collection even in foreign countries.”

‘Cuties’ Director Hits Back Against Critics: ‘It’s Bold, It’s Feminist’

In response to the enormous backlash surging on social media and beyond, director Maïmouna Doucouré defended her film “Cuties” as a “feminist” work that aims to sound the alarm about the current sexualization of children.

Speaking on a panel for French filmmakers at the Toronto International Film Festival on Monday, Doucouré said that she did not make a film intended for pedophiles, but instead wanted to raise awareness about a societal problem

“It’s because I saw so many things and so many issues around me lived by young girls, that I decided to make this film and sound an alarm and say, ‘We need to protect our children,'” Doucouré said, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“It’s bold, its feminist, but it’s so important and necessary to create debate and try to find solutions, for me as an artist, for politicians and parents. It’s a real issue,” she added.

Doucouré also hailed her film for being a piece of representation for people of color to see themselves on screen.

“It’s important to see someone like you on the screen, and to grow up with a lot of possibilities. So, of course, diversity and inclusion have to be the keys to progress in our cinema,” she said.

Netflix found itself at the center of controversy last month when it released a poster for the movie “Cuties” that featured pre-teen girls in sexually suggestive poses. The company apologized after severe online backlash. “We’re deeply sorry for the inappropriate artwork that we used for ‘Cuties.’ It was not OK, nor was it representative of this French film which premiered at Sundance. We’ve now updated the pictures and description,” Netflix said in a statement.

“Cuties” tells the story of 11-year-old Amy who joins a dance group called “The Cuties” at school with her friends. The film holds an 90% score on Rotten Tomatoes and won the World Cinema Dramatic Directing Award at Sundance this year. Defenders of the film say that Netflix dramatically misrepresented the story’s content with its poster, noting that the original French advertisements were tame by comparison. However, upon the movie’s release last Wednesday, the hashtag #CancelNetflix quickly began trending when clips of the movie revealed that the poster indeed reflected the movie’s content: pre-teen girls dancing sexually.

In response to the backlash, Netflix defended the the film as “a social commentary against the sexualization of young children. It’s an award winning film and a powerful story about the pressure young girls face on social media and from society more generally growing up – and we’d encourage anyone who cares about these important issues to watch the movie.”

Much of the mainstream media has largely run cover for “Cuties” and Netflix overall, choosing instead to blame the backlash on misguided conservatives who judged the film before ever watching it. A recent op-ed in Slate even went as far to say that conservatives have a “creepy” obsession with the film.

Dozens of Retired Generals, Admirals Sign Letter Backing Trump for Reelection

Some 235 retired senior military officers have signed a letter backing the reelection of President Donald Trump and warning that electing former Vice President Joe Biden would lead to growing influence in government by "socialists and Marxists."

A letter released Monday by the Trump-Pence campaign was signed by eight four-star generals or admirals, 42 three-star generals or admirals and at least one Medal of Honor recipient: retired Marine Maj. Gen. Jim Livingston.

"It can be argued that this is the most important election since our country was founded," the open letter from the retired officers said. "With the Democratic Party welcoming to socialists and Marxists, our historic way of life is at stake."

"We believe that President Donald Trump is committed to a strong America," the letter continued. "As president, he will continue to secure our borders, defeat our adversaries, and restore law and order domestically."

Announcing endorsements from retired military leaders has become a mainstay for campaigns of both parties, a play to the bipartisan support and credibility the military enjoys.

In 2016, the Trump campaign announced endorsements from 88 retired military officers; the campaign of Hillary Clinton announced endorsements from 110 retired military officers.

The endorsements for Trump from respected military leaders came close on the heels of allegations from anonymous sources that the president had routinely insulted the Pentagon's leadership and called those who died in battle "losers" and suckers. Those claims were reported in a Sept. 3 story in The Atlantic.

Several other news organizations, including Fox News, have partly confirmed the allegations, but Trump has dismissed the report as a "total lie."

In August, 73 former national security officials in Republican administrations and former Republican lawmakers issued an open letter backing Biden, saying "it is imperative that we stop Trump's assault on our nation's values and institutions."

Pennsylvania Lawmakers Considering Bill That Would Make Not Wearing A Mask A Misdemeanor

Those opposed to the bill say requiring masks infringes on a person's rights.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (KDKA) — State lawmakers are considering a bill that would make it a misdemeanor to go maskless in public.

Supporters of Senate Bill 1287 says Pennsylvanians who don’t wear masks are recklessly endangering other people and not following the rules set forth in the state’s emergency order.

Those opposed to the bill say requiring masks infringes on a person’s rights and doesn’t account for people who cannot wear masks or face coverings for medical reasons.

DHS leaked email confirms Antifa is an organized group

An internal email from the Department of Homeland Security leaked to CBS Catherine Herridge late Monday detailing that the violence in Portland was not "opportunistic," but rather "organized"—confirming long-suspected details about the Antifa movement.

The email explains that Antifa is organized and runs contrary to reports in the mainstream media that Antifa was not responsible for anti-police violence, but an impromptu movement spurred on by anti-fascist sentiments held by most of the American public.

A recent article in the Washington Post by Mark Bray, author of Antifa: Anti-Fascist Handbook, attempted to dispel "myths" about Antifa, claims that the group is not an organization, but rather a "tradition of militant antifascism." The article disputed claims that Antifa "masterminds violence at Black Lives Matter protests."

In printed email documents attained by Herridge, the DHS' Acting Under Secretary for Intelligence & Analysis Brian Murphy wrote to his colleagues on July 25 detailing his findings of Antifa in Portland.

Murphy urged for an immediate change of definitions for the violent activity in Portland following a review of the individuals arrested by federal authorities, as well as intelligence surrounding their affiliations and activities.

"The individuals are violently attacking the Federal facilities based on these ideologies," he said in regards to Antifa, which he classed as VAAI or "VIOLENT ANTIFA ANARCHISTS INSPIRED."

"We can't say any longer that this violent situation is opportunistic," wrote Murphy. "Additionally, we have overwhelmingly intelligence regarding the ideologies driving individuals towards violence and why the violence has continued."

"A core set of Threat actors are organized, show up night after night, share common TTPs and drawing on like minded individuals to their cause."
