One of Muhammad's wives was a 6 year old child-bride (Aisha), with whom he started having sex when she was 9 (Sahih Al-Bukhari, vol 7, book 62, #64,65).
(If, like most children, Aisha still had her baby teeth at that point.) Muhammad was 53 years old then.
