Why is every commercial on ABC feature mainly black, asian, and hispanic people?

There was one caucasian woman in a makeup commercial and the only caucasian man had a bag on his head.

I have a friend who has had his Trump sign stolen 5x now.

Any tips to catch the person doing it / stop the signs from being stolen?
