I actually watched the movie, because I wanted to be able to make an informed opinion on it. It's actually worse than this sub is saying. The 11 year old protagonist takes a picture of her vagina and posts it online, and the movie didn't really condemn this. They watched extremely sexualised music videos and then replicated it, with the tongue and facial expressions, and slapping each others butts. One of the 11 year old characters finds a used condom, blows it up, and stuffs it down her bra. The protagonist goes into the male bathroom and tries to take a video of a male child's penis. Dozens of times, the director chooses to do close up shots of children's butts and gyrating pelvises.''' Other than the horrific child porn, it also pushes an islamaphobic agenda. The movie made me cry and feel physically sick and I simply cannot fathom why it's still up.

I did, too. There is literally a scene where the protagonist propositions herself to her older cousin so that he may let her have his phone. I couldn't believe my eyes, how is that scene not the first one mentioned?? She literally is acting like a prostitute! It's filth and can't be argued otherwise.
I'm just happy that this isn't flying as "brave and stunning" like the director must've thought it would.
