If you are in the United States, (And possibly the UK, and elsewhere) Defend yourselves and your children from any assumption of implied consent with a certified letter - Return Receipt Requested, to the school nurse and principal stating:
NO ONE is allowed to give a vaccination to (name of child) . All vaccinations will be done by (name of child's doctor). Anyone assuming implied consent and vaccinating my child other than (name of child's physician) simply because my child is not truant, and attends a public school, will face a lawsuit for practicing medicine without a license, and for violating informed consent requirements under medical law.
You may even want to get a lawyer from YOUR state to word this correctly. It would not take a visit, just a phone call about how to word the notice. There is also state by state help on line.
Remember, you are not telling the school your child can not be vaccinated.
You are telling your school only a Medical Doctor can do it, and you will sue people for practicing medicine without a medical lisence if they do not obey the law.
Before you send your letter, photo the letter, and the certification card TOGETHER in the same photograph, with the number of the card or the bar code showing, next to your letter. Print that pre-signed certification card an out it in your childs home file.
When you receive the returned signature from the school showing that they signed for and accepted your letter, file the returned certification card with your child's home file.
This letter will be legal grounds for their understanding YOUR NON CONSENT with respect to the school NON DOCTORS, and limits any medical actions to the medical doctor who knows your child's medical history.
