Military is the only way.
Flush out all the people doing illegal / insurrection bullshit.
They must play their hand so the military has a legal precedent to arrest all actors.
Q has to let these bad actors be "bad" with verifiable evidence and use the legal system to arrest.
In addition, no deep state DA/mayor/governor can stop the military from detaining bad actors.
