Timer set at 8units (sec, min, hours, ?) on the Mickey Mouse Edition of Amazon's Echo Wall Clock (Amazon & Disney partnered).

From Amazon review:

"The number of markers that light up "adapt". So if there's hours left then each mark represents one hour. When there's less than an hour then each mark represents minutes. And when there's less than a minute left each mark represents seconds. So a 30 second timer will start with 30 marks lit and you'll see it countdown to zero."

The clock doesn't actually tell time, it just reflects time/timers on an Alexa device.

Timer on the Disney "clock" (doesn't tell time, but reflects Alexa device) may be used for identifying age &/or duration of creeps procuring children. For example, the picture from the Amazon website (pic 1) may represent 12 year old boy aka "pasta" (FBI acknowledged pedo code word for boy).
