FOX get it right there will never be a safe and effective vaccine for COVID-19 it is a hyper-immune disease that each person reacts differently to. Thus there can be a safe vaccine that basically does nothing or there can be an effective vaccine that a lot of people have acceleration of the disease process - there is no in-between.

Never ever give a vaccine for a hyper immune syndrome if the patient has ever been exposed even if sub-clinical you will force the disease into clinical status as the antibodies will begin causing the hyper-inflammatory symptoms!!!
