I got in a pissing contest last night on Twitter with someone that said the NTI supposedly just oversees all the possible WMDs in the world. I tried to find a definitive link between NTI and the Syrian facility but couldn't find any direct links. I'd tread carefully here till we somehow get better confirmation that they have mutual owners/players.
