It's all done on purpose. Create mass confusion across the US on voting. If people (not absentee) are mailed a ballot, THAT IS THEIR VOTE! If they do not take it with them when they physically go vote in person they will be told they already voted. Do not throw away any mailed ballot. TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU VOTE IN PERSON! This is the mass confusion they are creating to obscure the election.
