I have felt for some time that there is a deeper meaning to the full name of Merck (Merck, Sharp and Dohme): Merck (Murk, Merc"ury", Merch), Sharp (vaccine needle) and Dohme (Dome, "capital")
Strangely, Merck, Sharp and Dohme apparently exists as a credit union.
