One thing I'm concerned about is how there can be a "Great Awakening" if all these theories all over the net imply POTUS/Q are "sneaking in" cures/etc cloak and dagger style.

Wouldn't the public NEED to know Cancer Cures/etc existed and have been hidden from us?
