23andMe has to be involved in another nefarious purpose we are missing. Giving DNA wouldn't really aid the search for organs. It would however aid the search for people with certain traits they want to locate. What those traits are is what we need to determine.
You know if you think about it they really have been collecting a fuck load of genetic material for a long time now. Planned Parenthood, 23andMe, dead bodies/parts being taken from funeral homes, etc.

Honestly that is my thought and I think this based on some experiences I dealt with, nothing bad but weird, a few years ago with a hospital I have been with since birth (literally) contacting me again and again to come in to speak to a "non psychologist/psychiatrist" after merely giving a blood sample. Never had any issues of any kind so it made no sense.

What are the conditions needed or, in this case, methods for mutation of DNA to occur. We already know, beyond any doubt, that diseases invade cells and cause alteration changes to our DNA.
Point being, there might also exist forced or environmental changes that can cause DNA shifts as well within the target group.
