Jim began his career while in the US Army serving 25 years of active duty as an Engineer, which included five combat tours and assignments all over the world. He is a Service Disabled Veteran and has received awards such as the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, numerous Meritorious Service Medals and Army Commendations. Upon retirement, Jim worked for the Corps of Engineers in the Little Rock District, holding various positions ranging from Project Coordinator, Project Manager to finally the Initial Outfitting Program Manager. Prior to the start of RCS, Jim worked for Humanscale as the DOD Sales Manager.
Working in the world of Initial Outfitting (IO), Jim has learned all the aspects associated to making a facility fully-functional using the Turn Key approach. Jim has completed all the FF&E for hospitals, clinics and everyday working offices.
