NHP just put out a BOLO for a stolen military HMMWV, tan in color, no plates or VIN, bumper number TD3-D, chains attached to vehicle.

It was taken around 0500 this morning from a reservist center in Las Vegas.

Its unknown if any weapons or other equipment are in the vehicle.
