Yeah, I've used all of those in one way or another, it just doesn't work. Until something actually happens, I just don't have the level of credibility to get people to believe.
All this does is embolden other perps at JPM, Sachs, etc., to take the risk of stealing millions as the reward is greater than the risk (8months). Wall Street has been doing this forever, steal a billion, get caught, pay a 50 million fine, spend a few months away from home, come back, do it again. Wash, rinse, repeat.
