Former Model Amy Dorris Says Trump Sexually Assaulted Her

NEW YORK — Former model Amy Dorris claims that Donald Trump “forced his tongue down her throat” in his VIP box at the 1997 U.S. Open.

Dorris made the claims to the Guardian, saying the then-business man assaulted her all over her body and held her in a grip she was unable to escape from.’

“He just shoved his tongue down my throat and I was pushing him off. And then that’s when his grip became tighter and his hands were very gropey and all over my butt, my breasts, my back, everything.”

“I was in his grip, and I couldn’t get out of it,” she said. “I don’t know what you call that when you’re sticking your tongue just down someone’s throat. But I pushed it out with my teeth. I was pushing it. And I think I might have hurt his tongue.”

Trump’s attorneys told the news outlet the President denies the allegations.

Facebook Censors Ad On Biden Raising Taxes Despite Fact-Checker Contradicting Its Own "Mostly False" Rating

Facebook has censored a pro-Trump ad despite fact-checker PolitiFact contradicting its own "mostly false" rating with pretzel logic.

As the Daily Wire's John Bickley writes, the ad launched on August 4 was given a "mostly false" rating by the partisan fact-checker, and subsequently banned by Facebook.

The ad directly quotes Biden declaring, “If you elect me, your taxes are going to be raised, not cut,” and warns that his plan will raise taxes “on all income groups.” -Daily Wire

PolitiFact then goes to great lengths to discredit the ad - calling it "mostly false" because the PAC which produced it, America First, 'lacked context' and gave the 'wrong impression' about what Biden meant.

The 'fact-checker' then inserts their own logic, claiming that only the "biggest earners" would be hit harder by Biden's plan, while increases on lower-income groups "would be relatively small."

Except PolitiFact admits: "[S]ome tax experts estimate that Biden’s plan would mean higher taxes on average for all income groups."

In other words, Biden literally told an audience that their taxes would rise - which "some tax experts" confirmed, yet PolitiFact took it upon themselves to 'clarify' - and Facebook has banned the above ad over it.

More via the Daily Wire:

    • *

In other words, PolitiFact uses a Democratic talking point about the rich paying more in an attempt to distract from the fact that the ad’s claim is actually true.

Here’s how the fact check begins (emphasis added):

A new ad from a pro-Trump super PAC uses out-of-context footage of Joe Biden to claim that the former vice president wants to raise taxes for Americans across the board.

Versions of the ad from America First Action began airing Aug. 4 on Facebook and on TV screens in Wisconsin and North Carolina. They focus largely on a comment Biden made in response to a voter during a February campaign stop in South Carolina.

But the America First Action ad presents that remark out of context. And while some tax experts estimate that Biden’s plan would mean higher taxes on average for all income groups, those increases would be relatively small for all but the biggest earners.

In its attempt to argue that the ad is “mostly false,” PolitiFact specifically cites a “Biden campaign official” as supposed evidence of the Democrat’s intent (emphasis added):

The full exchange shows that Biden was saying his plan would raise taxes for people who, in his words, “benefited from” the GOP’s Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. A Biden campaign official said his point was that the wealthy — not all Americans — would not benefit from his plan.

The ad’s portrayal of the exchange leaves a different impression.

The fact check goes on to make a similarly flimsy case against the ad’s inclusion of Biden warning that his tax increases could “go higher.” The supposed evidence of this being “mostly false” is the following full quote from Biden:

Dems Planning to Enslave White America If Trump Loses

The Dem/Main Stream Media complex proclaim that President Donald Trump is a threat to “our democracy,” but we must frankly recognize that they are planning in plain sight to eliminate self-government for the Historic American Nation—basically, American whites [Democrats ready to take down the system with a sweep in November, by Daniel Oliver, Washington Times, September 3, 2020]. Proposed institutional changes would mean that what Steve Sailer calls “The Coalition of the Fringes” would in effect enslave what he calls “The Core.” (VDARE.com Editor Peter Brimelow calls the division “Anti-America” vs. “America”). Other laws would intensify America’s already existing “soft” totalitarianism. Like him or not, Trump is right when he warns that this is the most important election in American history [Trump calls delegates ‘incredible warriors’ at 2020 Republican National Convention, by Ebony Bowden, New York Post, August 24, 2020]. We should not be in this position after the GOP sweep in 2016. But it was squandered, and here we are again.

In 2016, the Left was caught napping. It won’t be this time. The last four years have been one long counter-insurgency by the MSM, tech companies, and Democrats to squelch independent voices. We already know from leaked video from Google that the company manipulates search results for political ends. Many of the influential social media accounts that helped President Trump’s narrow victory have been purged pre-emptively. Even basic financial services for patriots are being cut off (which is why we’re suing PayPal.) Incredibly, even after Laura Loomer won the primary and became the GOP candidate in Florida’s 21st congressional district, she still wasn’t allowed back on social media. This is clearly far more serious election interference than a few alleged Russian troll accounts. It would be more honest if we just let the tech companies pick the winners.

If victorious, Democrats will probably do some or all of the following.

Eliminate the Electoral College [It’s time to abolish the Electoral College, by Darrell West, Brookings Institute, October 15, 2019]

Make Puerto Rico and Washington D.C. states—plus possibly the Virgin Islands—thus allowing coastal elites to rule Middle America like a conquered territory [Journalist: Dems should push for Puerto Rico, DC statehood after 2020, The Hill, July 30, 2018]

Auto-registering Americans to vote, making Election Day a holiday and thus making it easier for uninformed people to vote;

Eliminate the Senate filibuster; [The Senate Filibuster Is Another Monument to White Supremacy| Tear it down, by David Litt, Atlantic, June 27, 2020]

Pack the Supreme Court [Democrats’ hunger to break the old political system grows ahead of 2020 election, by Sahil Kapur, NBC News, August 16, 2020]

Increase legal immigration;

Increase the refugee inflow now virtually cut off under Trump

Enact Amnesty, providing the Democrats with tens of millions of new voters, especially as Amnestied illegals begin sponsoring their relatives under our absurd (and unreformed by Trump) “family reunification” laws

Another proposal: an “anti-racist amendment” to the Constitution that would allow the government punish any racial inequality, which would automatically be evidence of “racist policy.” Given that we never have equal outcomes i n multiracial societies, this would mean virtually every social interaction would become a potential federal case.

Disaster for BBC as 237,000 families stop paying licence fee costing £40million

THE BBC has lost nearly £40million in income as 237,000 less households are paying the licence fee than they did last year.

Overall, the BBC’s licence fee revenue fell by £170million in the past year as the Government also cut support used to provide free licences to those aged over 75.

The BBC is struggling in particular with young people who the report found watch nearly as much content on YouTube as produced by the corporation.

Currently the average person aged between 16 and 34 watches just seven and a half hours of BBC content, a figure significantly lower than for older age groups.

Overall, the proportion of the country that watches BBC1 at least once a week fell from 68 percent to 65.4 percent.

BBC2 also suffered a decline from 42.9 percent to 41.9 percent.

The only BBC channels which succeeded in increasing their audiences were BBC News and BBC Parliament, likely related to last year’s drama around Brexit.

The report explained: “Young adults watched 11 hours a week on all TV channels on average – decreasing around 75 minutes year on year.

“In contrast, the time they spent using the TV set for subscription video on demand, gaming, YouTube and other purposes increased – up to around 40 minutes per week to just over nine hours weekly on average.”

Rep. Andy Biggs Calls on Barr to Use RICO Act Against Rioters

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), a member of the House Judiciary Committee, urged the Department of Justice to use the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statute to go after rioters and their supporters as violent unrest continues to plague several Democrat-run cities across the country.

“We’ve made requests to the AG’s office to investigate some of the people who seem to be organized and running these riots, then use the power of the executive branch to conduct the investigations and use the laws that the Congress has made, such as RICO, to try to legally dissuade people from getting involved and causing this violence and mayhem,” Biggs said during a special order on the House of Representatives floor regarding the ongoing protests.

“We also need the FBI to conduct the investigations that are necessary,” added the Arizona Republican.

Speaking Thursday to the Fox News Channel’s Outnumbered Overtime, Biggs stated that he is “a big believer that if you make arrests and you prosecute. You actually slow down some of this unlawfulness that’s going on out there.”

“I think there are people that are tired of it,” the lawmaker said in reference to the ongoing unrest. “but I still face people who are saying, ‘This is overblown; the damage is overblown.'”

300 people have been arrested on federal crimes since protests began over the death of George Floyd, a black man who died in Minneapolis police custody, according to an analysis conducted by the AP.

In a memo to U.S. attorneys Thursday obtained by The Associated Press, the Justice Department emphasized that federal prosecutors should aggressively go after demonstrators who cause violence — and even sedition charges could potentially apply.

The sedition statute doesn’t require proof of a plot to overthrow the government, the memo read. It instead could be used when a defendant tries to oppose the government’s authority by force.

Attorney General William Barr has been pushing his U.S. attorneys to bring federal charges in protest-related violence whenever they can, keeping a grip on cases even if a defendant could be tried instead in state court. Federal convictions often result in longer prison sentences; sedition alone could lead to up to 20 years behind bars.

Whitmer: Trump Denying this Virus Is Deadly — He ‘Has Deceived the Public’

Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) said Thursday on MSNBC that President Donald Trump moving forward with indoor campaign rallies was “denying this virus is still a very real threat.”

Whitmer said, “He’s going to be going into quote/unquote swing states and having these rallies, and it’s just — it’s so disturbing because we know, we have made an incredible sacrifice. We put this virus on. We got serious about it. We ramped up testing. We save thousands of lives. We reengaged our economy. Some of our kids are back in school. We’re on the cusp of flu season. Yet you see this behavior from the leader of the free world who is going in and denying this virus is still a very real threat, that it’s still deadly. He knew this for months on end and has deceived the public.”

She added, “We’re going to see, I think, more people as a consequence get sick, and we’re doing our best to keep our numbers down and ramp our testing up and keep our positivity rates low. Michigan is a leader we have made great strides, but this undermines all of that and jeopardizes our economy, and it jeopardizes the health of our people.”

Judge issues nationwide injunction against Postal Service changes

A judge issued a nationwide injunction to temporarily halt changes to U.S. Postal Service policies that have delayed mail delivery across the country ahead of a presidential election expected to see record numbers of mail-in ballots.

Judge Stanley Bastian, an Obama appointee, called the changes “a politically motivated attack on the efficiency of the Postal Service” that created “a substantial possibility many voters will be disenfranchised,” according to The Associated Press.

Bastian, who is based in Yakima, Wash., concluded that harm to the public "has already taken place" and said the 14 states that sued showed "this attack on the Postal Service is likely to irreparably harm the states’ ability to administer the 2020 general election," The Washington Post reported.

Bastian ruled from the bench Thursday and said he'd release a written order, as requested by states, later Thursday or Friday, according to news reports. The scope and duration of the injunction were not initially clear as the judge said more detail would come in the written order.

The Postal Service endured nationwide criticism after implementing changes in July that many blame for slower mail delivery.

Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, a donor to President Trump, announced the suspension of some changes, like the removal of blue mailboxes and mail processing machines, but other adjustments remained in place, prompting 14 states to sue the administration and the Postal Service.

The states sued to stop the new so-called "leave behind" policy, which instructs trucks to leave facilities promptly whether or not there is more mail to load, according to the AP. The suit also called for election mail to be handled as First Class mail.

The states involved in the suit included swing states like Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada, as well as Washington, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Mexico, Oregon Rhode Island, Vermont and Virginia. All 14 states have Democratic attorneys general and Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson (D), led the group.

The attorneys general argued in the suit, filed last month, that the Postal Service made the modifications without consulting the Postal Regulatory Commission for public comment and advisory opinion. Going before the board is required under federal law.

Dave Partenheimer, a spokesperson for the Postal Service, said the agency is "exploring our legal options."

"While we are exploring our legal options, there should be no doubt that the Postal Service is ready and committed to handle whatever volume of election mail it receives," he said in a statement. "Our number one priority is to deliver election mail on-time."

Lee Moak, the Election Mail Committee chair at the agency, added in a separate statement, "Any suggestion that there is a politically motivated attack on the efficiency of the Postal Service is completely and utterly without merit.”

The injunction comes as a record number of voters are expected to vote by the mail in the 2020 election due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Justice Department attorney Joseph Borson asserted in court that the Postal Service can manage the high volume of expected election mail, saying the previous delays are not occurring anymore, according to the Post. He added the Postal Service hadn't actually made changes with how it manages election mail.
