Corrupt SDNY who is After Steve Bannon, Brian Kolfage and Conservatives for Building a Southern Wall – Is Admonished by Judge for Corrupt Actions in Another Case

Former Trump Team Strategist Steve Bannon, Brian Kolfage, a war veteran who lost three limbs in Iraq, and two others were indicted by corrupt Southern District of New York (SDNY) attorneys.

Today the same corrupt SDNY was admonished by a judge for failing to provide evidence in another case and the judge ordered the entire Manhattan Office read her ruling.

The Southern District of New York (SDNY) is reportedly after President Trump. No crimes are specified but it doesn’t matter. For example, Mueller gang leader Andrew Weissmann recently encouraged the SDNY to bring in Roger Stone after his sentence was commuted by President Trump and continue to harass him on more bogus charges.

Of course, there are no crimes to prosecute, it’s all about abusing those you don’t like just like in a banana republic.

As we reported previously, there are many indications the recent indictment of Steve Bannon, Brian Kolfage and others by the SDNY smells of Weissmann.

For example, Roger Stone was arrested by more than 20 FBI agents with guns cocked and ready at 5 in the morning in Florida for a non-violent crime:

Pacific Air Forces Chief Mum on Reports US Plane Disguised Itself to Spy on China

A top Air Force leader in the Pacific refused to confirm or deny recent reports that a U.S. aircraft disguised itself as a Malaysian plane, allegedly "spoofing" a transponder signal to spy on Chinese military activities. But he said the U.S. didn't break any rules.

Popular Mechanics last week reported that an RC-135W Rivet Joint reconnaissance aircraft flying off of China's Hainan island electronically impersonated a Malaysian plane while transiting through the South China Sea.

Speaking to reporters during the Air Force Association's virtual Air, Space & Cyber conference Wednesday, Gen. Kenneth Wilsbach, head of Pacific Air Forces, objected to the term "spoofing" and claimed the aircraft was following international rules regarding transponders.

"I know we follow the rules for international airspace, and we were following the rules that day," Wilsbach said. He did not offer additional details on what the Rivet Joint did during the flight.

Aircraft spotters with the South China Sea Probing Initiative, a think tank launched by Beijing-based Peking University, reportedly noticed the Rivet Joint from Kadena Air Base, Japan, change its "Mode S" transponder code, which gives pilots more situational awareness in a traffic-heavy sky and transmits aircraft information to a Secondary Surveillance Radar used by air traffic control. To comply with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Mode S-equipped planes have a unique "hex code" to identify that particular aircraft.

According to Popular Mechanics, on Sept. 8, the Rivet Joint's Mode S number "suddenly changed" from AE01CE to 750548. Per the ICAO registration, 750548 is the number "for an unknown Malaysian aircraft," the website said.

The alleged move came days after China accused the U.S. of trespassing in what it deems a "no-fly zone" after a U-2 Dragon Lady reconnaissance aircraft was spotted over the Yellow Sea on its north coast.

"The trespass severely affected China's normal exercises and training activities, and violated the rules of behavior for air and maritime safety between China and the United States, as well as relevant international practices," Wu Qian, a spokesperson for the Chinese Defense Ministry, told CNN on Aug. 26.

Wilsbach said the flight was not out of the ordinary for how the Air Force conducts its patrols.

"We fly the U-2 almost every day, and we particularly look at Russia, China and North Korea with the U-2," he said. "It wasn't necessarily a one-off [incident] in the fact that it was flying in a track that we frequently fly in."

UN Investigators Say Venezuela Committed 'Crimes Against Humanity'

Someone should call Sean Penn and tell him his Venezuelan heroes have feet of clay.

The regime the left loves to love is a brutal, murderous, torturing, state that suppresses the political opposition and terrorizes its own people into submission. That’s the conclusion of a United Nations investigation into reports of atrocities committed by Venezuelan security services and the government that directs them.

What the investigators found isn’t surprising. Stories about state sponsored murders and tortured prisoners have been coming out of Venezuela since the Hugo Chavez regime. So it isn’t surprising that Chavez’s successor — Nicolas Maduro — would follow in his role model’s footsteps.

BBC:

In the report of its findings on Wednesday, the UN team said Venezuela’s security services had been engaged in a pattern of systematic violence since 2014, aimed at suppressing political opposition and generally terrorising the population.

Mr Maduro and the ministers of interior and defence were not only aware of the crimes, but gave orders, co-ordinated operations and supplied resources, the report said.

“The mission found the government, state agents, and groups working with them had committed egregious violations,” it said.

For once, the UN investigators pulled no punches in accusing Maduro and his henchmen of “crimes against humanity.”

“The mission found reasonable grounds to believe that Venezuelan authorities and security forces have since 2014 planned and executed serious human rights violations, some of which – including arbitrary killings and the systematic use of torture – amount to crimes against humanity,” the mission’s chairperson, Marta Valiñas, said in a statement.

“Far from being isolated acts, these crimes were coordinated and committed pursuant to state policies, with the knowledge or direct support of commanding officers and senior government officials.”

This is right out of the Fidel Castro terror playbook.

A typical operation might involve weapons being planted in an area thought to be loyal to the opposition, with security services then entering the area and shooting people at point blank range, or detaining them, torturing them, and killing them.

The violence against the political opposition has only picked up as the economic crisis has worsened. But the question of what can be done about it remains. The U.S. has sanctioned Venezuela and it’s leaders severely. But with so many millions on the edge of starvation, any further sanctions could cause mass starvation.

Sheeple are retarded AF

Qantas scenic flight to nowhere could be fastest selling flight in airline's history

Would you pay $800 (or more) for a flight to nowhere?

More than 130 people in Australia have.

And, Qantas believes it's one of the fastest-selling flights they've ever put on.

The airline, which has bled almost $2 billion since the pandemic began, will run a "Great Southern Land" joy flight which will depart and arrive in Sydney.

Passengers have been promised great views of Australian icons like the Great Barrier Reef and Uluru, which are off limits to many people due to border closures.

"From the sky, there are no border restrictions," the advertisement says.

There's no need for baggage on the seven-hour flight with no stopovers, but passengers are promised have been told they'll also see Kata Tjuta, Byron Bay, Bondi Beach and Sydney Harbour.

Qantas says the plane will fly as low as 4,000 feet at some parts of the flight to get passengers as close as possible to these landmarks.

Economy tickets were priced at $787, premium economy at $1,787 and business class was $3,787 but still the flight sold out in under 10 minutes yesterday.

"We knew this flight would be popular, but we didn't expect it to sell out in 10 minutes," a Qantas spokesperson said.

"It's probably the fastest selling flight in Qantas history.

"People clearly miss travel and the experience of flying."

Captain David Summergreene will pilot the flight on October 10 and said he was "super stoked" to be flying again after months out of the cockpit.

"This is taking me back to the days when I learnt to fly and we were down in light aircraft very low flying around things," he said.

"To be able to take an aircraft like this and do the same thing … will be absolutely fantastic."

Airlines look for creative stimulus

Over the last month Qantas CEO Alan Joyce has been vocal in his opposition to blanket state border closures and accused leaders of being driven by politics and not health advice.

Mr Joyce has made pointed comments directed at the Premiers of Tasmania and Queensland who have said their state's borders were unlikely to open until December or after Christmas.

Qantas says demand for domestic travel is high and last week the airline started a petition calling on state leaders to ease domestic travel restrictions or risk a lot of business failures.

The petition has already been signed by 40,000 people ahead of today' national cabinet meeting which will discuss the definition of "hotspot" for the purpose of border closures.
