The reason why the elites are now constantly pushing black people (especially black women) on the population is because to the elites black people equal decadence and societal decline.
And the elites goal is to collapse American and Western society, after all. For which black people are now one of their most valuable tools in doing so.
Biden is pretending to be senile and inept because he is ordered by the Deep State cabal to do so. The elites want to replace him with a female candidate. Women must be placed into most positions of power, and appear to be "in charge" when society collapses by design. That way women will be blamed for everything.
