Just wanted to say I've got a theory around this - I think this is how you assassinate people without raising any alarms. If you get a high-powered laser (maser, w/e. High powered EM beam) and point it at someones head you can probably give them cancer. I'm not 100%, but it seems plausible.

You'd need a bigass power source to pull it off, it's not like you can just shine a laser pointer at someones head and they'll get cancer. I think you could do it with a news van though. Newsvan is just a giant battery, the dish on top is actually an emitter. Boom mobile assassination van that leaves no trace when it fires.
