I increasingly dislike Mickey Pence, despite being part of the so-called "Evangelical" base Trump was trying to penetrate with this selection, for most of the very reasons I like POTUS. Pence is the epitome of central casting, AKA PHONY. He may appeal to Christian voters for the reason he's supposed to, but he misses the target in virtually every other regard. I'm not sure if it's an intended bi-product of having Trump at the top of the ticket, but what it's achieved in the hearts and minds of so many, is a dismantling of the desirability of thestraits, comparatively speaking, of the down-ticket dewd. I mean, I'd still vote for him ober BIDEN, but I wouldn't be gushing over him or feel anywhere near the same hardcore urgency to run down to my local strip-plaza polling station to pull the lever for him.
MSNBC was carrying POTUS presser live until he started talking about Biden questioning the vaccine, which MSNBC had to cut in and "fact check" as wrong, and they wouldn't go back to the presser because (bit will keep an eye on it) it's just lies.
