While your premise is absolutely true I have to go and disagree with you brother. Hitler was immensely wealthy the same as Trump after his release from prison. The sale of MK was not just some regular book sales. It directly affected the daily lives of the German people and this mysterious rabble rouser that the communists and the corrupt government was being proved right time and time again.
Think of Hitler's ten year slow rise to power the same way that Trump's two year campaign was. Highly improbable. Insane courage. Tireless every day in and every day out never ending determination to battle enemies and reveal taboo sacred cows for the lies that they were/are.
