In a way, this doesn't bode well for POTUS in terms of timing. The Dems will make a YUGE deal out of it for weeks… trying to convince voters that Trump has already had 2 appointments and it "isn't fair" for him to get another one and that blah blah blah muh duty to balance the courts. I want to turn off the news. Yuck.
