Its not QR, since memefarmer left and her site was deleted it was thought to be a good idea to have another board dedicated to memes. Its only an auxiliary to QR, a place to put memes, and take them as needed.
Its in the dough now, maybe if requested and liked a baker will put it at the top like comms is and legacy boards.
Its not hard to find in dough. Having a thread in the catalog referring to another board isn't really workable. It would probably get lost anyway, much busier here.
