Okay, guise, here are my thoughts on RGB.

The timing is on Day 45 from the election. A message.

Her death (or announcement of her death, finally!) means that now we have a SCOTUS of:

4 Conservatives

3 Liberals

1 compromised Never-Trumper

So, now, when the election fraud/ballot debacle happens and gets tossed up to the SCOTUS, the Dems are counting on Roberts to vote with the Libs and tie it up.

Why?

Because a tie vote reverts to whatever the lower court ruling was, and the Dems think they can win in the lower court. Can they do venue shopping for this? Not sure. Not a lawfag.

But this is why it happened when it did. Who was it talked about their dog dying recently? That was the signal to make it happen.

Ooops. Kek, I always mix up the letters with her. RBG. But still, a really important thing for us to remember. This is how they're counting on "winning" in the SCOTUS. They don't have to win over the Conservatives there. They just have to get Roberts to lock it up, then they get to keep whatever ruling they got out of the lower court.

This is NOT a win for us if they use Dem-controlled lower courts.

McConnell says Senate will vote on a candidate.

The Dems are going to drag it out (took 89 days for Kavanaugh). But the real concern is as long as the seat is vacant, any election fraud cases that get tossed up there will end in a 4-4 tie because compromised Roberts will vote with the libs. And that sends it back to the lower court's decision. This is what the dems are counting on!

The Media Matters minions write fiction. They don't need to have actual ammo. They just make it up.

The key here is that as long as her seat is vacant and Roberts is compromised, any ruling on elections will revert to the lower courts

Different situation. In 2016, the Dems had the WH but not the Senate. The Senate confirms so as long as the Republicans controlled the Senate, a vote would never go anywhere.

In this case, we have the WH and the Senate so the vote WILL go through. But the timing will put it off until after the election.
