The Swamp made its countermove against POTUS making it easier to fire federal employees- they changed the employee review/rating system to a pass/fail. The “pass” rating does NOT include comments on why the employee is successful (previously required). Fails still require comments.

They effectively removed the justifications used to show truly competent employees from incompetent employees. This is going in effect the next rating period. This came through HRM (Human Resource Mgmt) for the USDA but wondering if similar are happening throughout other agencies.
