Democratic donors gave more money online in the 9 p.m. hour after Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died — $6.2 million — than in any other single hour since ActBlue, the donation-processing site, was launched 16 years ago.

Then donors broke the site’s record again in the 10 p.m. hour when donors gave another $6.3 million — more than $100,000 per minute.

The unprecedented outpouring shows the power of a looming Supreme Court confirmation fight to motivate Democratic donors. The previous biggest hour saw $4.3 million in donations processed on Aug. 20, according to an ActBlue spokesperson, the final night of last month’s convention, when Joseph R. Biden Jr. spoke.

Appearing Friday on CNN, New York Times writer and “1619 Project” creator Nikole Hannah-Jones accused President Donald Trump of attempting to stoke racial division after the president announced the “1776 Commission,” which will encourage teachers to educate students about the “miracle” of U.S. history.

A partial transcript is as follows:

BRIANNA KEILAR: Why do you think the president — and look, millions agree with him — are so resistant to this examination of what slavery has meant to this nation, even when you look at present day and it’s right before you? You can see the fallout from slavery very much today. Why is there this resistance?

NIKOLE HANNAH-JONES: This is a very challenging history, of course. We are raised to believe that America was founded on these ideas of liberty and freedom, and so to have to grapple the fact that we were also founded on slavery, it’s very difficult, but that is the truth, and it’s very ironic that President Trump would be saying that he needs to vindicate true American history by actually attempting to cover it up. We have to be able to grapple with both the good and the bad of this country, and American school children and American educators are able to understand a complex history about this country and its founding.

[…]

We know that this is really Trump’s effort to bring 1619 into the culture wars. He’s clearly running on a nationalistic campaign that’s trying to stoke racial division and he sees this as a tool in that arsenal.

well, what jones wrote about 1619 she admits was not historically accurate

yet, she portrays herself as the voice for racial justice and she implies that she should not be questioned or challenged whatsoever

someone needs to sue her ass because she has caused much property destruction, and unfortunately, some injuries and deaths across our country

Thank God President Donald J. Trump is calling her out on her marxist bullshit

Prince Andrew, 60, is feeling the heat again to cooperate with FBI after a private chef started spilling the beans about his late pedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein.

Adam Perry Lang worked for the convicted pervert from 1999 to 2003, when Epstein took the Duke of York globetrotting on his private jet, The Mirror reported.

Lang was on three flights with Epstein and Andrew — two in February 1999 and one in May 2000, the outlet reported, citing court documents.

The chef, 52, offered to talk with FBI investigators after he received a plea from Virginia Guiffre, who has accused British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of arranging for her to have sex with the disgraced royal when she was only 17. Andrew vehemently denies the allegations.

Guiffre, now 36, wrote Lang: “Please don’t be an enabler. Be a hero to me,” The Mirror reported.

Lang is “fully cooperating,” with FBI investigators, who have “grown increasingly annoyed” at the royal’s refusal to talk, The Mirror said.

In April, the Justice Department submitted a request to the UK’s Home Office to interview Andrew. The duke’s lawyers insist they have repeatedly offered to have their client answer questions.

“The gloves are firmly off. Perry Lang holds information on what took place,” an unidentified source told The Mirror. “They will get as much detail as possible that will help shape any interview they may one day have with the Duke.”
