Notable?

RBG vacancy opens door to SCOTUS tie votes

I posted this last night when the thought hit me, but want to post it again for new eyes. I think this is a very important point.

The timing on RBG's demise was planned. Day 45 before the election.

But here's something we need to consider. With her death, we're left with a SCOTUS that is:

4 Conservatives

3 Liberals

1 compromised Never-Trumper

This means that the likelihood of all the upcoming election battles could result in a SCOTUS tie (because the Dems will no doubt pull Roberts' strings and make him vote with the libs). A tie results in the ruling reverting back to whatever the lower court has ruled.

The DS did this deliberately to give them better odds at getting court decisions that go their way (reminder of Flynn and the en banc ruling). This is only going to add to the confusion and chaos when they try to steal the election.

I just think we need to let people know about this because there will be some extremely important election-oriented rulings before the SCOTUS in the near future. The timing is NOT coincidental.

Gonna be a female. Has to be to mitigate the sex claims. That wrap up smear doesn't work on women. A black woman would be the best, but don't think there are any on his list.

Possibly. But their goal is more to create chaos with the whole election debacle as per that Transition Integrity Project manifesto.

The rulings are less important than the outrage they'll cause no matter which way they go. It's one thing for the SCOTUS to make a ruling, but it's different if half of the American people think they were robbed of a SCOTUS decision.

Pence is a tie-breaker in the Senate, not SCOTUS.

The Dems will drag out this confirmation like they did with Kavanaugh. 89 days. You think they're suddenly going to let this go in 45? No way.

I think you are ignoring what they want right now. They want CHAOS in the US. The rulings are secondary and they're counting on having enough dirty lower courts to help them out. (Although POTUS has been pumping Conservatives into them at record speed. Does he have enough now?)

A SCOTUS ruling is one thing, but while it might produce a mild anger, the idea that the issue was decided by a lower court will bring downright outrage. Outrage by either side helps to increase the whole chaos scene they're relying on to implode our governmental structure. Read that Transition Integrity Project report. The only scenario they'll accept is a definitive win by Biden. Everything else results on more violence.

Didn't ask for a notable last night, but the more I thought about it, the more I figured it needed to be out there. Sometimes bakers miss things if you don'tredthem. Do you really think good ideas aren't missed sometimes?
